Welcome to TailentPets™ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & pricing
We try to display colours, specs, and availability accurately; minor variations may occur. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

3. Orders & payment
We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues). You authorize us and our payment providers (Squarespace Payments/Stripe/PayPal) to charge your chosen method.

4. Shipping & delivery
We currently deliver to most of the GTA. Outside-GTA shipping will be added when available. Delivery timelines are estimates.

5. Returns & refunds
Returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Accounts
Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activities under your account.

7. Use of the site
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use. We may limit or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual property
All content, logos, and product names are our IP or used under license. You may not use them without permission.

9. Warranties & liability
Products are provided “as is” except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability/fitness. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, except for rights you have under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Ontario.
